Position: Area Customer Marketing Officer
Qualification:
- University graduate (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Technical Industry/Business Management/ Economics
- Require minimum of one (1) year field experience at the FMCG company in marketing and/or promotion department.
- Strong analytical & business skills and computer literate is a must.
- Interpersonal skills and good command of English verbally and written as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Result oriented, proactive with own initiative, and be professional in dealing with Customers & colleagues.
- Max. 26 years of age.
- Willing to travel and to be assigned in any places throughout the counter.
- Responsible for the achievement of the sales and market share within the assigned area.
- Coordinate, monitor, report and evaluate programs in the assigned area.
- Analyze market and channel distribution trend.
- Strengthen customer partnerships by utilizing insight data and compelling consumer promotions to achieve business objectives and drive overall results.
- Work closely with both sales & marketing team.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in the assigned area.
- P&I budget monitoring
Qualification:

- Require minimum of two (2) years field experience in Trade Marketing, Promotion or Marketing of FMCG, or in the retail industry. Has an understanding of Spaceman® will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical & business skills and computer literate is a must.
- Interpersonal skills and good command of English verbally and written as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Result oriented, proactive with own initiative, and be professional in dealing with Customers & colleagues.
- Max. 28 years of age.
- Willing to travel
- Coordinate, monitor and evaluate programs in the assigned trade channels
- Develop customer activation programs that build sales, create brand relevance and drive category growth.
- Lead category management and merchandising project
- Analyze market and channel distribution trend.
- Identify new opportunity for growth in the assigned channel.
- Strengthen customer partnerships by utilizing insight data and compelling consumer promotions, to achieve business objectives and drive overall results.
- Work closely with both sales & marketing team.
- Achieve channel sales target through delivering sales results
- P&I budget monitoring
