He/she will act as mediator of Carrefour and the Consultants & Contractors for the project, and also responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget and as per the specification required.
Job requirements:
  • Architecture or civil engineering graduated from reputable University
  • At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager of high rise or multi used building projects,
  • Preferably from consultant or building developer
  • Age between 29 - 35 years old
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
  • Experience in handling commercial projects such as shopping mall is an advantage
  • Willing to travel and / or working out side Jakarta
  • Independent but could work as a team

b. Persyaratan Khusus
1. Ijazah pelamar diakui yaitu ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi.
2. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) bagi pelamar berijazah
a. Sarjana (S1)/ D4 minimal 2,85 (dua koma delapan lima)
b. Diploma III (DIII) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima).
3. Batas usia bagi pelamar :
a Minimum 18 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2007
b Diploma III (DIII) maksimum 27 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2007
c Sarjana (S1) / D4 maksimum 30 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2007.

C. Penerimaan Surat Lamaran
1. Pendaftaran dibuka mulai tanggal 20 s.d 23 Nopember 2007 melalui PO BOX 2490 JKP 10024.
2. Panitia tidak menerima lamaran yang diantar langsung.
3. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh Pelamar dengan menggunakan tinta hitam ditujukan kepada Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan, dengan menuliskan pada sudut kiri Amplop Lamaran Kode Jabatan yang dilamar.
4. Pelamar wajib melengkapi berkas administrasi :
a. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
b. Foto Copy Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai yang dilegalisir Asli oleh Pejabat yang berwenang (Surat
Keterangan Lulus Sementara tidak berlaku);
c. Surat Pernyataan Bebas Narkoba bermaterai Rp. 6.000,- (Enam Ribu Rupiah).
d. Pas Photo berwarna terbaru, berlatar belakang merah, ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 3 lembar.

D. Seleksi Administrasi
1. Berkas lamaran yang telah diterima akan diadakan seleksi administrasi;
2. Bagi pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan melalui situs internet resmi www.polkam.go.id dan papan pengumuman yang direncanakan pada tanggal 25 dan 26 Nopember 2007.
3. Bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, dapat mengambil Tanda Peserta Ujian di Kantor Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan Gedung A Lantai VI Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat No. 15 Jakarta Pusat tanggal 27 dan 28 Nopember
2007 pukul 08.30 s.d 15.00 WIB dengan membawa bukti menunjukkan Ijazah terakhir asli kepada Panitia.
4. Jumlah Pelamar yang dinyatakan Lulus Seleksi Administrasi sebanyak-banyaknya 10 x Jumlah Lowongan Formasi berdasarkan Peringkat Nilai IPK tertinggi, kopetensi lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan jabatan yang dibutuhkan dan berkas lamaran yang diterima lebih awal
oleh Panitia untuk menentukan jumlah peserta ujian apabila jumlah pelamar melebihi jumlah peserta ujian yang ditentukan.
5. Bagi Pelamar/peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi yang tidak mengambil Tanda Peserta Ujian Tertulis lewat tanggal 28 Nopember 2007 pukul 15.00 WIB dinyatakan gugur.

E. Materi dan Jadwal Ujian
* Materi Ujian meliputi :
a. Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) ; tanggal 1 Desember 2007 di Kemenko Polhukam.
b. Tes Bahasa Inggris ; tanggal 1 Desember 2007 di Kemenko Polhukam.
c. Psikotes (tertulis dan wawancara) ; ditentukan kemudian.

F. LAIN-LAIN
1. Pelamar/peserta seleksi tidak dipungut biaya;
2. Keputusan Tim Pengadaan CPNS Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan Tahun Anggaran 2007 bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

  • Ijazah/ Sertifikat minimal Dl bidang Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Listrik, Elektronika, Telekomunikasi, Informatika atau Komputer.
2) Untuk Tenaga Administrasi
  • Laki-laki/Perempuan, belum menikah dan sanggup tidak menikah selama masa On the Job training.
  • Ijazah/ Sertifikat minimal Dl jurusan Sekretariat, Administrasi Perkantoran, Administrasi Niaga, Manajemen, Informatika atau Komputer, Keuangan dan Akuntansi

Lamaran dilampiri :
  1. Fotocopy Ijazah/ Sertifikat/ Surat Keterangan Lulus dan Transkrip yang dilegalisir.

  3. Daftar Riwayat Hidup.
  4. Pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4 x 6 sebanyak 3 lembar.
  5. Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat, Tinggi dan Berat Badan dari Dokter Umum serta Surat Keterangan Tidak Buta Warna dari Dokter Mata
  6. Surat pernyataan diri di atas materai Rp. 6.000,- bahwa tidak pernah terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan Narkoba dan Zat Adiktif lainnya.
  7. Surat pernyataan diri di atas materai Rp. 6.000,- tentang kesanggupan bekerja sebagai Operator/ Teknisi Pemeliharaan/ Teknisi Konstruksi/ Tenaga Administrasi dan Tidak akan menuntut pengakuan atas Ijazah yang dimiliki (untuk pelamar yang memiliki Ijazah lebih tinggi dari D1, misal D3 atau S1), serta Bersedia ditempatkan di Wilayah se-Sumatera.
