Job Requirement :
1. Min. Academy degree
2. Age between 20 – 30 years
3. Own a motorcycle & Driving License
4. Own a sales team (min. 5 persons)
5. Preferably Male
6. Having sales experience
7. Live in Jabodetabek

Job Specification :
1. Able to train sales team according to training module
2. Able to manage sales person / team to achieve monthly team target
3. Able to handle customer complaint
4. Able to motivate team / sales person

Job Description :
1. Coordinate sales team to achieve monthly team target
2. Collecting daily report from sales person
3. Conduct daily training to sales team
4. Conduct motivation session on daily basis to increase sales
5. Report directly to business owner
6. Conduct weekly report to business owner
7. Monitor sales person daily activities
