The continued expansion of the business has resulted in a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer position becoming available to support and develop further our control and instrumentation part of the business within the region:
We are seeking an exceptionally qualified
Controls & Instrumentation Engineer
to work with a dynamic team offering technical solutions to our clients in the oil/gas, power generation and mining industries. Typically this position includes providing engineering expertise covering design, Control Valve diagnostics, failure analysis reporting, specifications and recommendations for improved valve and instrumentation performance and reliability.
The successful applicant will need to have had experience in a similar role within the aforementioned industries. Excellent communication skills, including a good level of English (written & verbal) will also be required in relating the engineering solutions to the client and working within the team and company structure. Other essential criteria is the ability to work unsupervised if required, in setting your own priorities in meeting the clients and companies needs, meeting budgets and providing a high level of service and expertise in client satisfaction.
A relevant engineering degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years practical experience is required. Sound knowledge of control and instrumentation equipment in the abovementioned industries is a pre requirement for this position. A high degree of computer literacy is also required. Having experience at control valve will be considered.
