• Minimum a Bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology / Law / HR
• Age between 30 – 40 years old
• At least 5 years experience in the related field
• Human resource management, performance appraisal implementation, remuneration grading development, training & development, and industrial relationship knowledge
• Computer literate
• Honest, loyal, hard worker and team work player
• English proficiency is an advantage
